Sam was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. He and Rachael were good at keeping track of everything we need to provide/sign and when it needed to happen. We also like that Fairway helps with a little bit of a rate buydown in the first year, and then offers free refinancing in the event of any future rate decreases

Donna was amazing and really helpful. Dan, on the other hand, made the whole process super stressful. He kept asking for documents that we had already sent in.
