We connected with Jim a day after closing and he was incredibly clear, helpful, and friendly. He made what could be a stressful and long process, incredibly quick and easy from our side. Even after the initial connection, Jim was available and attentive to all our questions as we navigated the loan process and was always encouraging. The communication was just phenomenal. Easy to get ahold of, happy to explain the details and eager to go above and beyond with the selling agent.

When we told Jeff Reeves of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation we were ready to proceed with refinancing our home mortgage, he took charge and made it happen incredibly fast. Answers to a few questions was all we had to provide. The next thing we knew he was ready to set the closing date. But this closing was different. Instead of meeting with all the involved parties in the attorney's office, a paralegal came to our home. We signed all the documents, thanked him and he was off to his next appointment. Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. At the beginning, I wasn't sure about going through Fairway since I was already pre-approved from another lender. Kristi was able to beat the proposal I received and tailor the loan to meet our need. Throughout the process we received updates at each progess step until closing. At the very end, we had a challenge with the sellers which required a last minute push of our closing. The timely information and guidance Kristi provided, even on a Sunday night, made a stressful situation smooth.
