Brett and his team were very knowledgeable, quickly responded to any of our questions, easy to understand. They were polite, professional and positive. Our seller chose a closing date only 2 weeks away from accepting our offer. Even with such a tight time frame they never reflected anything besides complete confidence that every detail would be taken care of in time for our closing. The fact that this was a closing on a home in MN while we remained in AZ only added to the complexities. Yet they ushered us through every step with kindness and competence from start to finish. We are most appreciative.
