I was informed of -exactly- what I needed to do and when, taking out most of the stress of buying a home.

Cammie's communication and dedication to the customer puts her over the top. Despite the fact she helped so much in offering advice and suggestions, I really felt like Cammie cared about myself and my family. She was always a phone call away and never went more than 30 minutes (if that) without responding back to any correspondence I would send.

Easy to work with

John and the entire team was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the home loan process. As new home owners, we were nervous and had a million questions. John and his team did a wonderful job explaining things and taking away any anxiety we had.

Buying a home was NOT in my plans at the time. It was a "must do" situation. Melissa and her team were amazing, they were patient, helpful, and most importantly, I felt like they really cared. Hard to find in today's market place.

For 98% process went smoothly. The 2% came in with the use of fairway connect and their electric error. The other 1% was not being well versed on changes to TExas reality rules and regulations.
