I’m so grateful we had Mel by our side through the entire process. From day one, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. If you need some folks by your side through this wild ride of buying a house, Art & Mike are the ones to have. This was my first time buying a home and the learning curve is STEEP! Art and Mike were available to answer questions via text at any time of the day or evening and even on weekends. They respond quick as lightning! They were literally my emotional support team through this. I can’t imagine being a first time homebuyer without them. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and there isn’t a question you will have that they can’t answer. So if you want an expert mortgage team who are also kind, patient, and understanding go with Art and Michael. You will not be sorry. Happy home buying all!

Mitch always picked up my calls, no matter how bad my timing was or how repetetive my questions were. When we were running against the clock for closing, Mitch made sure that the closing company had every document they needed ASAP. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Rick was easy and great to work with. He was quick to answer any questions, easy to reach, and communication was never lacking.

We worked with Chelsea the last time we bought a house. Chelsea has always been straightforward with us. I reached out to a friend of mine at one point to check on his rates for loans and was handed off to someone else that provided a much worse interest rate and experience. The main thing I would say is that I feel that Chelsea wants us to get the best option that can be provided. She works to not only get us the information we need to be informed, but also the best course of action financially for our family. I can honestly say, we will only be working with Chelsea in the future assuming she isnt progressed to the point where she is no longer customer facing! And if she is, we will be working with whoever works for her!
