He went out of his way to make sure we were kept up to date with regular progress reports and made sure the process was smooth and with minimal stress. Stephanie Hughes was easy to work with and went out of her way to help us with the process. They are a great team.

It was an amazing enjoyed every bit of it. he processed everything unbelievable fast i gave him a short time to do everything and he knocked it out. If he don't answer he has an assistant that will and I really liked that. If you have questions about anything he has the answer . Mackenzie was easy to work with. She provided great instructions and was available any time we had questions or concerns throughout the closing process.

First of all, to say Chad was Great, is a huge understatement. Chad went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to help us achieve our dream of finally owning a home that will fit both of our needs and provide a place of peace and security. Chad personally made time to met us at his office in Hot Springs. Immediatly, we were aware that his personality was calm and sincere. He patiently listened to our concerns and excitment, and assured us with professional advice. Our loan was complicated and Chad never faultered staying optimistic until it was final.

Everyone at Fairway Home Mortgage was helpful, ensur any and all questions I had were answered and support was given when needed. A needed and appreciated component when taking on a new responsibility where home ownership and planning for the future was made much less stressful.

I mostly worked with Tori Llamas. She is fantastic. Tori is incredibly knowlegeable and patient. She made this process as a first time homebuyer seemless and efficient. I truly felt supported.
