Mark was extremely helpful and patient. He explained everything to us in great detail. We spent hours on the phone talking things through which helped me and my fiancé feel very comfortable with the whole process as first time home buyers. He was very kind and smart. He was able to explain complicated information in easy bite sized ways. Overall would highly recommend Mark and his team.
