After my mortgage application was denied by the builder, I was in total shock. Then Tim came for rescue. In fours weeks, he fixed every single obstacles I faced and I had a super smooth closing. Tim Schnautz is the best.

I can’t say enough about what Clint has done for me and my family. We had a difficult time selling our home out of state and he has been there for us every step of the way on closing on our new home. He has worked very late nights dealing with situations on the sell of our out of state home (not even his obligation as he has been closing the purchase of our new home in state). I cannot imagine anyone else taking the amount of time to make sure my family got into our new home. Clint is incredibly detailed with all possible scenarios and loan options available for us and spent so much time making even videos to show in detail all of our options. Its good to know that there are people like Clint around that take so much pride in their work and profession and care so much about others and will go through so much extra time and care to take care of their customers.
