Adam is a very intelligent man, which made me respect him greatly through this whole process. He answered all of my questions with absolutely no issue even on the weekends when he was busy and off the clock as well as first thing in the morning when he was barely awake. We were able to to communicate via email and upload documents straight to his app. He produced a pre-approval at lightning speed so we could reach a bid deadline. Once we found the right place, he was able to close in 2.5 weeks to meet a tight closing date. He also gave us good advice throughout the process. We've purchased several properties over the years but this was by far the most pain-free financing experience we've ever had. We will seek out Ben again for any type of mortgage needs.
