Jacob stayed in constant communication with me every step of the way. If I called and he couldn't talk I always got a text right after letting me know he will call as soon as possible. Not only did he always communicate he put things in terms I understood.

Though it was a long process due to my situation, Becky was patient and thorough throughout the entire process, at each step. Her professionalism was the most visible to me at the end, when I was going through signing the endless amount of papers - at the title company I was asked whether I work with Becky, and when I answered yes, they told me that they love working with her because she is professional and she is thorough. If I ever need to go through the same process again in the future, I'd want to do that with Becky, for sure.
