Overall a relatively smooth experience - took on a USDA loan and it wasn't as daunting as many projected. I was working in parallel with Neighbors Bank to ensure my terms were fair and their process was needier on my end which makes me think Fairway filled in some gaps for me, so thank you for that. Communication was somewhat lacking however. I often had to check on statuses myself, my realtor was almost always in the dark, and the title officer noted the lack of some helpful documents at closing.
