We’ve purchased several homes over the years, and this was, hands down, the smoothest transaction we’ve ever experienced. The weekly check-ins kept us completely in the loop. We truly felt like Michael had our back throughout the entire process. Selling a house in one state and buying in another can be incredibly stressful, but he made it so much easier. From start to finish the home buying process had hiccups. After finally deciding to build and putting a down payment on our lot the builder said we needed a pre-approval on the sale today. Our relator recommended Alli, she was able to get our loan pre-approved that day, On a Saturday! Alli was with us every step of the way, answering our questions with an immediate response, either through a phone call or a text. She kept us informed at each step of the underwriting process. On the final week of our close there were issues that arose with our bank regarding a wire transfer. Alli was there with advice and comfort assuring we would get through this with no problem. We did. We made it to it and Alli got us through it. The Close! I would highly recommend Alli Vadas and Fairway to anyone looking for a mortgage. They were outstanding. Thank You Alli!
