We were dealing with another lender and they were making it way too difficult to work with. We had a deadline and wanted to be able to close on our home in time. So we jumped ship and so glad we did! We found everyone to be extremely patient and efficient. We closed on our home on the original closing date. The whole team showed kindness at such a stressful time.
