Curt Bissmeyer joined the mortgage industry over 15 years ago, following his retirement from the United States Navy. While in the Navy Curt held a leadership role in educating and training his teammates to ensure operations ran smoothly – this is a key factor in his role in the mortgage industry as Curt is able to make sure the loan process runs smoothly. As a Certified First-Time Homebuyer specialist, it is imperative to show buyers current loan programs, specific characteristics of the programs, and help them collectively find which loan best fits their situation – VA, FHA, Conventional, or Jumbo Loan Programs.
