As a Regional Manager for Fairway Home Mortgage in Georgia, Mark Dukes oversees seven thriving branch locations across the state — Monroe, Suwanee, Jefferson, Hartwell, Lake Oconee, Madison, and Valdosta — serving borrowers throughout the Southeast including Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

A Georgia native with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to his team. Throughout his career, he has received numerous honors, including multiple years as a recipient of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia’s Gold Award of Excellence, recognition as a Top 200 Producer by Loan Originator Magazine, and consistent ranking among Fairway’s top producers nationwide.

Mark’s goal is simple yet powerful — to act as a trusted advisor for every client. He is deeply committed to providing personalized service, guiding borrowers through each step of the loan process with care, communication, and integrity.
