Hi, I’m Tim Schultz. I’m a Loan Officer with Fairway Home Mortgage, but more importantly, I’m a husband, a dad to three little girls, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems.

Before joining Fairway, I spent years leading teams in corporate America while also building and growing my own businesses. Those experiences taught me how to communicate, stay organized under pressure, and guide people through important decisions with confidence.

The mortgage industry has been on my radar for years. After countless conversations, a lot of planning, and waiting for the right opportunity, I made the transition to Fairway. It wasn’t a spur of the moment decision. It was something I intentionally worked toward because I wanted a career where I could build lasting relationships, serve families in my community, and make a real impact during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
