Before even writing this I’m tearing up. This man stepped into more roles than he will ever know taking on this transaction. An educator, a mentor, a champion - I could go on. I have only bought one house before - a then w2 employee, buying a small first one, and the whole process from start to finish took a little over a month. However, my recent transaction with Cole, proved to be on entirely other level and also proved his sophistication and expertise handling such complexity. I worked with him for over a year and a half while I pulled together files, bank statements, CPA letters, fixed credit issues, and countless other documents.
