Kim, as you know we had the issue with the lender credit in the beginning. That issue fractured the trust in the process, despite it being resolved. I wish that did not happen, because everything else worked out great, but I felt like I had to be extra dilligent after that hiccup.

This is our third time working with Barry, first a condo purchase, a refinance on that condo, and then a new home purchase. This experience like all other prior experiences was fantastic.
