As a first time homebuyer, it was really important to have an advocate in the mortgage process. Its a big deal for our family, and Fairway treated it that way. They work fast and efficient when necessary and they can slow down to provide support, education, and communication as well. On top of that, Fairway had the best rates and the most flexible options of any lender we worked with. So if the bottom line is all you care about, there's still a lot to like! His knowledge of market conditions was more current than another lender I spoke to, resulting in a rate offer so much better that the other lender initially said it was impossible.
