He was incredibly helpful walking us through the process, explaining concepts that were new to us, and always being responsive when we had questions. We had a lot of questions during this journey and he was always so quick to help quell fears but was also honest with the realities of the market. We offered on 4 properties before an offer got accepted, and Aaron was patient with us through it all. We highly recommend working with Aaron! This is a tough market and he made it feel manageable.

Communication.

The fact that I didn't have to provide update after update to underwriting was very helpful. They needed clarification on a few items, but then it seemed like they were good. Other lenders I've had in the past make the underwriting process very cumbersome and annoying. I have been asked things like "why did you pay $3,000 to X mortgage company?" I thought it would have been clear that I pay the same amount to the same company every month. None of that nonsense with Fairway!
