a few things lack of communication with Donna Joe had to reach out to different people to get answer. We knew things before Donna. lack of communication about the furniture in the house, all was donated . this is the biggest concern . We own a house that we can not enter. wth is that! We are being charged a full month mortgage and we can't even get In . what rights do we have? You guys already cashed the 8200. Check I gave you, and we got a house we can not enter. I am extremely upset!
