Brad was very easy to communicate with and it was very clear all the steps we needed to take throughout the duration of the loan process. Brad helped facilitate the purchase of me and my brothers home even when the builders had delay after delay. Any time there was a change Brad had new amended documents for us to sign that day and it was extremely easy to use the websites for esigning and such. When the builders finally finished the sewer at our house brad made his one final amendment before our loan expired (100% the builders fault) and we ended up getting into our new house one day before we had to redo everything. I can't recommend Brad Thomas enough or imagine doing this long drawn out process with another Loan officer. Thank you Brad!
