We had a hiccup when the home didn't appraise. The seller wasn't happy. Mel went above and beyond by spending time with both myself and the seller, explaining options on how to proceed. We weren't using realtors for this transaction , so Mel stepped into the realtor role by helping walk both parties through the process. She also went way above and beyond by communicating with the sellers buyers agent in Boise, helping the buyers secure a "contingent" contract. She took the time to explain that their deal in Palmer was secure and on track to close with out issues, helping the sellers in Boise accept their contingent offer.
