From the very experience Arthur has been great! As a first time home buyer he was patient with all my questions and always expanded on the responses. He was so great at explaining things we were confused about and never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. At one point of the process I became very anxious and he was very kind and understanding which helped me calm down. At the end when it came down to crunch time he was the MVP with getting everything done so quick. His whole team was great as well from Amber to Angela and Miguel. Overall it was a pretty good experience, but at times it felt much more overwhelming and frustrating than anticipated.
