From initial contact to closing, you were attentive, responsive and took action. I did not have a realtor and you made it very easy for me.

The only things I can think of would be to double check the paperwork errors before sending it over for signing and checking documents that were sent before asking for the same documents to be sent again. Overall all things considered with this complicated closing y'all did really well.
