Josh was very responsive and patient with our questions. He explained the process well all along the way. He went above and beyond what we expected! However, I wasn't a big fan of the "upselling" that Fairway threw our way for this coverage and that and things like the "madecard" rewards card. We're so "decision fatigued" during and after buying a house, just coming out of fight/flight mode from making sure we're reading all the fine print of all the documents we're signing, I'm not really interested in more decisions, more fine print, more people trying to sell me something. I think the reason for the frustration is that this kind of is becoming more common everywhere you go/look. Every app you use and business you frequent wants upsell you something. Josh was great, but honestly, this did leave a sour taste in my mouth about Fairway.
