The entire process was great! We had previously used another company, and that experience was horrible, to say the least. It left us with very little hope that anything could be done. We decided to try again and reached out to Don Waters. Don talked to me for a bit, and we decided to move forward. This is where things were very different from the previous company. Everything from the start was incredibly simple: application, uploading documents, underwriting, all the way to closing. Yes, we were closed in under a month and at an interest rate that was four points lower than the previous person. Bobby, who we primarily dealt with, was just awesome!
