Sara was always responsive to my inquires, and very willing to explain numbers and fees. In addition Sara was very accomodating to finding time for communication even in off hours. The most frustration for me was with the fees upon fees upon fees. It seems as though one is being soaked for every little thing. It was also a big wake up that the house total is what all the fees are based on by the mortgage company, and NOT the amount of the mortgage. Seems like another money grab. I also was negligent in not shopping for at least 3 mortgage providers to educate myself on fees in general. Sticker shock. Thank you.
