Was super reassuring and made sure we were able to qualify without complications. Was able to communicate with me very late into the night and able to preapprove us within a few days and close us in 3 weeks.

The whole team was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole experience. It made it a lot easier for me. I really liked having the multiple breakdowns in the beginning based on loan types and purchase prices. It helped me understand it better.

I'm going through a transition in my personal finances, and Sheri's depth of experience and knowledge meant that she was able to offer some ideas and insights that informed my approach to navigating things. There was a small hiccup at the end of the escrow (my fault, not theirs!), right before closing, and Sheri and her team were reassuring and flexible, stepping in to keep things on track.
