The process of start to finish was flawless and exceptional customer service. I will refer her to anyone I know looking for mortgage services.

It works. One thing I will say is that the users of your service would appreciate if we knew who was asking for information and who they work for as part of the mortgage process. There are more than a few times we had to ask if someone were legit in asking for information.

It was a bit tricky meeting the timelines of our contractor , Fairway, and Granite. I believe we used a new loan type and may have been the first people to use the loan type theough Fairway. Brooklyn was very helpful with the process, I believe most of the confusion and convolution came from Granite/our contractor .
