Jeff made this possible! After you lock in your rate, you have to wait 3 days to close. That would've put us past our closing date by one business day! My realtor sent an addendum to the seller asking to extend the closing date one day- and to our horror, the seller rejected! They would've been able to keep the earnest money and their home! Thankfully, Jeff sprung into action and somehow managed to get it approved to clear the day of so that didn't happen to me! If it wasn't for Jeff, I wouldn't own my home!!! Thank you for everything Jeff!
