Even when I lost faith in myself, Peter never lost faith in me and he fme got me into an amazing place and got me Fund And I thought it was impossible but Peter made it all happen. He's the best by far. I've bought seven or eight homes in my lifetime and by far Peter is the best.

Theresa is absolutely phenomenal — like once-in-a-lifetime phenomenal! I can literally count on ONE hand how many people I’ve ever spoken this highly of… and Theresa is one of them. (The other two were my bosses, so they don’t count — but they did become my besties, so I guess they kind of do, ha!) Theresa and I first crossed paths back in my late 20s. Now here I am, creeping into my mid-40s, and nearly two decades later we’re still out here being the A-Team of real estate life. The communication was always on point. As a first time home buyer everything can get a little confusing at times and you guys were always available to walk us through it.

Kendrick provided great advice when I first started the homebuying process and gave me a realistic timline of events. I bought my house from a very motivated seller that needed an offer in and to close as quickly as possible. Kendrick was on top of everything and kept the process moving as quickly as possible which got me an amazing deal on a really nice home that suits my needs.

Very helpful with many questions. Very transparent with what and why things need to be turned in. Very straight forward with trying to get you into a loan that meets your requirements, especially when I don't even truly know what is actually in my range but yall run the numbers and have a very precise idea of what is in our best interests. Also the knowledge of applicable grants made a huge impact in securing the loan for our home at an extremely affordable price that I could never even imagined would be possible. John was unbelievably helpful in explainjng the mortgage and home buying process. He was a wealth of knowledge, incredibly responsive, and always will to lend advice or work to the root cause of the issue. John went above and beyond with answering questions at all times of day even on weekends and holidays. Dealing with John made this process much more bearable and helped bring some clarity to a multi faceted challenge .
