Our lender was recommended by our realtor because we had difficulty getting our offer accepted, and we were interested in highly sought-after houses. They offer a product called the Cash Guarantee Program, which likely helped us get our offer accepted immediately in this still competitive market. As first-time homebuyers, we deeply appreciated their prompt communication and how they guided us through every step of the process. They also helped us lock in our rate right when it seemed like the market was taking a turn for the worse. They were very patient when one of the credit bureaus got my husband's details wrong, and it was incredibly difficult to contact a live person to correct them. From the very beginning, I felt their honesty and knew they were truly looking out for our best interests. I highly recommend them!

We moved from Indiana to grand junction and still had an easy experience. Darrin stayed in communication with us and checked in often to keep us up to date on each step of the process. Would highly recommend.

Whether it was because he was helping facilitate a transaction between friends or simply because he cares about his clients, he consistently worked hard to make sure everything stayed on track and that we had the information we needed. I also want to recognize his team, especially Yvonne Ojeda, who was incredibly helpful during the final stages of the process. She helped coordinate everything leading up to closing and made sure we were ready for signing day. I will always use fairway for my home buying process because of Jeremy specifically. His team is amazing, they make miracles happen. I have used Jeremy and his team twice now during a home purchase both times we hit several obstacles that are easily overcome with the teamwork of everyone involved.
