Barry was very communiactive and honest. He broke things down and provided comfort in his responses as we better understood what things meant and the impact of each choice. There was never any pressure to make a decision or move forward without confidence.

It was fairly easy, on line, no hassle. Communication was excellent, no waiting for answers.

Going through the pre-approval process and numbers, Matt was very infomative and gave clarifying information. Very open and honest when answering questions. I learned more from him in 15 than I did over a year with a previous experience.

Ryan was GREAT during the entire process, and was very accessible when we had questions or concerns . He coordinated so much in the background and made sure the team had everything they needed including our realtor, financial advisor, and closing attorney and kept us informed if there was anything we needed to do . The documents were very easy to review and sign online and saved us a great deal of time, compared with previous home mortgages . We both highly recommend Ryan for his professionalism .
