From the beginning Katie was very responsive and was able to quickly give me an estimate. She was able to get me a really good interest rate and she also analyzed my credit details to be able to help me increade it to receive a better interest rate. Overall the communication was really good and I would get responses any time of the day, and on any day. I really appreciate all the help and guidance that she provided.
