Will and his kind team was professional and determined to assist my wife and I during our first homebuying experience. Jennifer had excellent communication throughout the whole process. She was knowledgable and always able to either answer our questions or help us get in contact with someone else who could. She made us feel comfortable asking questions, which was wonderful, especially as this was our first time going through the home buying process. Her reminders about completing tasks were always done in a way that both encouraged us and helped us to get the tasks done rather than repramanding us for factors we could not control - which has been an issue with other financers. This was especially visible with the specific problems we had getting home insurance in place due to the age and state of the roof. All in all, Jennifer Cadman was wonderful to work with. She matched our energy and excitement and was excelent at encouraging us, helping us, and cheering us on.
