Lorna is nice and super fast when we request pre-approval letter so we choose her to continute to provide the loan service. As I'm doing Afforable housing unit, the escows and realtor also said they thought that is impossible but she made it!! Also she care her client and will give some advise. If we have a chance to but a second property, we will find her also!

Jeff went out of his way to help me with every aspect of obtaining a loan. He helped me through every step. Jeff was always available by text or phone.
