The most professional mortgage company I ever worked with. Always kept us updated on the mortgage process and market trends. The entire process was pain free . This is the third time we used Fairway and my wife and I are very pleased with Pam and the rest of the staff at Fairway.

Tyrell and her team are very attentive and very helpful! They are very understanding and quick with responses. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect!

We have worked with Diane and her team a couple times now. We get prompt responses to questions, and they help guide us through the sometimes daunting phases of the loan application process start to finish.

The simplicity was amazing! The only thing I can say as a negative was the emails at the end of day... we felt if they were sent in the morning so people can have the day to return the paperwork or what ever was needed!!

Zach and his team were helpfut responsive and worked all hours to bring this transaction to a conclusion. Christy and Zach worked seamless to make this as smooth as possible. Each interaction was better than the last one

Ed and his team had fant communication. I felt in the loop about everything going on the whole time. If I ever had a question, they immediately responded and got me an answer. They made sure that I had everything that I needed and felt confident about the process.

friendly Staff

Melissa was great, the rest of her team not so great. Shannon once sent an email stating that Kristi, my wife was showing as decea in her credit report- that information was inaccurat. the overall experience with the rest of Melissa's team was NOT great. Poor communication within the team.

Rafa is very professional and extremely nice and down to earth
