Lucas Dukes is a Loan Officer with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and has built his career on delivering exceptional service and trusted guidance to homebuyers across Georgia and beyond. A graduate of Valdosta State University with a degree in Business Management, Lucas began his professional journey in the banking industry, where he managed multiple retail branches for a regional bank. This experience laid the foundation for his relationship-focused approach and ultimately inspired his transition into the mortgage industry.

With years of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Lucas has earned numerous accolades, including the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia’s Gold Award of Excellence, the Rising Star Award, multiple Fairway Chairman’s Club and Diamond Club honors, and repeated recognition as a Top Originator. He is dedicated to helping borrowers achieve their financial goals through sensible, transparent, and personalized home-financing solutions.

Lucas specializes in a wide range of loan programs—including new construction, conventional, first-time homebuyer, USDA, VA, reconstruction loans, refinancing, and more. Known for his integrity, precise guidance, and relationship-first mindset, he provides clear communication and tailored strategies to ensure a smooth, stress-free lending experience. Beyond his work, Lucas is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He serves on the United Way Board of Directors and the Lake Country Board of Realtors, and contributes to the Young Professionals Network, among other local initiatives.

When he isn’t working with clients, Lucas enjoys spending time outdoors, watching or playing sports, and being with his family. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Austyn, and together they are raising their three children. Lucas is proud to help grow Fairway and The Dukes Team alongside his father, Mark Dukes, and his brother, Jacob Dukes.
