In her expanded role, Parker will oversee Elevate, Fairway’s national business development and event platform that equips loan officers and their real estate partners with tools, training, and strategies to grow. She will also lead Fairway West, a community-driven marketing and development arm delivering what Parker calls the “Digital Edge” — hands-on support in branding, social media, AI, CRM, and emerging tech tools designed to drive long-term success.
