Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation recently announced the opening of a new branch in Fargo, ND. The branch will be led by Sales Manager, Tim Day who comes to Fairway with 17 years of lending experience in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Other Fargo loan officers include Tony Satter, Josie Lynn Nanik and Shane Tibiatowski. Shane was recently ranked #6 in the country, for Homes for Heroes VA Loans.
In September 2016, Fairway was ranked #7 in total retail purchase volume by Inside Mortgage Finance and closed $17.6 billion in 2016 alone.
