This new branch, which builds on Fairway’s long-standing presence in the area through its subsidiary, Frisco Lending Services, will be led by Loan Officer Stephanie Nicole Van Houten (NMLS# 850675), Loan Officer Assistant – Licensed Amanda Ditzler (NMLS# 2042273), and Loan Officer Lindsay Bradtmueller (NMLS# 427583).
