Matthew made it a point to ensure that my Wife and I knew exactly what was going on throughout the process and worked with us to make sure that everything was correct and understood well by all parties involved. I would also like to make a special note that Matthew made the first time homebuyer experience an informative and smooth process that has helped us understand and complete our transaction.
