Brian, Pj, and Alyssa not only communicate at all hours of the day and work around your schedule, but they also take great care in making sure every single step of the process is easy to understand. If you have a question they’ve already answered 4 times, there’s absolutely no harm in asking a 5th if you still need clarification - they will be available! For a process that everyone said would be a headache, these 3 definitely made it seem much more smoother than we expected. Would highly recommend!
