I think your accessibility, being able to text or call to ask questions & getting a fast response. Also what I think made it great was that it was relational, not purely business driven. Where we moved from isn't very relational so that was refreshing.

From the beginning Chris had great communication, he was personable and professional at the same time. I felt like I was very informed with the whole process and if at any time I had questions Chris always explained everything in detail.
