What made it a great experience was everything ! Rafa and his crew made sure they explained all the information and numbers. Rafa made sure to help me find a comfortable monthly payment as well as down payment and everything that goes with it. On top of all his communication was always there and made sure everything looked good and made it all simpler for me . All in all it was a great experience

If there is any type of roadmap or way to outline potential future documents that may be required, that would have been great but understand that not everything can be anticipated

She was able to take our first call on a Sunday afternoon to get us preapproved and continued to stay in tough throughout the process. She even reached out before our closing to wish us the best. Coley was also phenomenal to work with. Her organization and communication during the underwriting process kept things moving and got us approved well before our close date. I highly recommend!

Matthew made it a point to ensure that my Wife and I knew exactly what was going on throughout the process and worked with us to make sure that everything was correct and understood well by all parties involved.
