Laura Pieper believes homeownership is one of the most powerful tools a family can use to build stability and long-term wealth.

She started her career straight out of high school at a local bank and eventually became a branch manager. While she loved serving customers, she often wished she had more options to help young families and rural buyers take the next step. Mortgage lending gave her those tools — and she’s been helping families move forward ever since.

With more than 20 years in lending and five years at Fairway, Laura is known for staying calm, solving problems creatively, and getting loans to the closing table. She believes buyers should understand how and why their loan works so they can make confident decisions — not confusing ones.

An Indiana farm girl who grew up on a small dairy farm, Laura understands hard work, tight margins, and what owning a home can mean for a family’s future. She proudly serves Jay, Blackford, Grant, Randolph, and Adams counties, along with Columbus and communities across eastern Indiana.
