Scott Hine

Scott brings over two decades of expertise in the mortgage lending and recruitment industry. Licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry across multiple states, including Virginia, D.C., Maryland, Michigan, Ohio, Missouri, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia, Scott is renowned for his specialization in new construction lending.

Originally from Michigan, Scott has called Virginia home since 2003. Throughout his career, he has had the honor of assisting hundreds of families in buying, building, and refinancing their homes, one of life's most significant investments. Simultaneously, he has successfully recruited and managed thriving branches throughout the state.

With a background in education, holding a bachelor’s degree from Bob Jones University and a master’s degree from Pensacola Christian College, Scott's goal extends beyond merely facilitating loans. He is dedicated to providing clients with clear, well-communicated information to empower them in making the best decisions for their unique situations.

Outside of his professional life, Scott serves as a pastor at his local church. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing golf, and honing his skills as a handyman around his home.
