Hi, I'm Stephanie. As a Loan Officer with Fairway Home Mortgage, I believe homeownership is about building a life, creating memories, and giving your family a place to truly call home. As a wife, mom of three girls, and your "Mortgage Mom," I understand how important it is to feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout the homebuying process.

My goal is to make mortgages feel less overwhelming and more personal. I'm known for my approachable style, attention to detail, and commitment to guiding families through every step with patience and honesty. Whether you're buying your first home, moving into a space that better fits your growing family, or simply exploring your options, I want you to feel confident and empowered along the way.

Originally from Maryland, I made North Carolina home after graduating from NC State University, and I've loved building both my family and career here. When I'm not helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and daughters, cooking, reading, or enjoying time at the beach.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping first-time home buyers realize that owning a home is possible. I love encouraging families to take that exciting step from renting to owning and helping them create a future they can feel proud of.
