Dawn Rae Pemberton

Branch Manager Dawn Pemberton is well known for her honest communication and creative problem solving! She enjoys educating homebuyers so they can choose the mortgage that suits their financial needs! Dawn says, “I can’t imagine anything more rewarding than helping people who are looking to buy or refinance a home!”

Dawn’s specialties include reverse mortgage loans, VA loans as well as Texas Veterans Land Board loans. Dawn is a licensed loan officer in AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KA, KY, LA, MN, MO, NM, OK, TN, TX, VA, WA and  WI. She is a recipient of many awards, including the Angie's List Super Service Award, D Magazine's Best Mortgage Professional and Texas Monthly Five Star Professional. She joined the industry in 1984 as a real estate agent and later as an appraiser. In 1997, Dawn became a licensed loan officer.

Outside of work, Dawn enjoys reading, scuba diving, home remodeling and raising chickens. She and her husband live in Lucas, Texas, and have five children and numerous grandchildren!
