With over 32 years in the mortgage industry, I bring a values-driven approach to leadership and lending. Currently serving as a Producing Branch Manager in mortgage banking, my experience spans from a small credit union-focused lender to a decade in traditional banking, and ultimately, to building a career where I help people turn houses into homes—while developing teams that feel like family.

I manage daily operations including loan origination, P&L oversight, and hiring and training. But at the core of my work is a commitment to cultivating high-performing, cohesive teams that operate with shared purpose and integrity. For me, success isn’t just about metrics—it’s about culture.

I lead with a collaborative mindset, grounded in consistency and character. Influenced by leadership principles like John Maxwell’s Daily Dozen, I focus on growth, attitude, and relationships. I value open dialogue, decisive action, and the flexibility to pivot when needed. I’m steady, structured, and candid—always striving to be present for both my team and clients.

A personal mantra keeps me centered: “There will come a day when I can no longer do this—today is not that day.” It fuels my focus, sharpens my purpose, and keeps me anchored in the moment.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of five. Our family cottage is a frequent weekend destination—filled with laughter, connection, and a revolving door of kids, friends, and partners. Travel is a shared passion with my wife, and we jump at any chance to discover new places together. I find peace in the little things: a football game with friends, a ballgame on the radio, or simply building memories with those closest to me. My circle is small, my peace is sacred, and I protect both fiercely.
