Todd Martin

Todd Martin is the Branch Manager of Fairway Home Mortgage in the Richmond, Virginia area, where he is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership and build long-term wealth through real estate. With years of experience in mortgage lending and branch leadership, Todd takes pride in educating clients, supporting referral partners, and creating mortgage solutions that fit each family's unique goals and circumstances.  Known for his consultative approach, Todd focuses on educating clients and referral partners while delivering exceptional service throughout the loan process. He specializes in a broad range of financing solutions, including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, renovation, reverse mortgage, and specialized lending programs for entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, and real estate investors.

While Todd loves helping people navigate the home financing process, his greatest accomplishments happen outside the office. He and his wife, Amy, have been happily married for more than 32 years and are blessed with four amazing children. Three of their children are married, and they are excitedly preparing for another special family milestone as their oldest son is getting married in October 2027. One of Todd's greatest joys began in December 2025 with the birth of his grandson, Henry. Being known simply as "Pops" has quickly become one of his favorite titles, and he treasures every opportunity to make memories with his growing family.  Faith is at the center of Todd's life. He is a devoted Christian who enjoys worshipping and serving alongside fellow believers at Compass Christian Church in Mechanicsville, Virginia. His faith guides both his personal life and his commitment to serving others with integrity, compassion, and purpose.  Todd's wife, Amy, serves as a teacher at Grace Christian School in Mechanicsville, where she has impacted countless students through her dedication to Christian education. Todd also has deep roots with Grace Christian School, having served as the Head Varsity Basketball Coach from 2017 through 2020.

When he's not helping clients secure financing, you'll likely find Todd on the golf course. As a member of The Golf Club at Viniterra, golf has become his favorite pastime and a great way to enjoy fellowship and friendly competition. He is also an avid sports fan and loyal supporter of the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens, and Penn State Nittany Lions football. Beyond sports, Todd enjoys traveling, exploring new destinations, and making memories with family and friends.  One of the Martin family's most cherished traditions is their annual summer vacation to Myrtle Beach. For more than 31 years and counting, this special trip has been a time for laughter, relaxation, and creating lasting memories across generations.

Todd believes that success is measured not just by professional accomplishments, but by faith, family, and the positive impact we have on the lives of others. Whether helping a first-time homebuyer purchase a home, mentoring a colleague, spending time with his grandson Henry, or enjoying a round of golf with friends, Todd strives to make every interaction meaningful.
